About us

Waveney Valley Spirits is a small local company based at South Farm, Alburgh, nestling in the Waveney Valley on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. We distill our gins from the finest spirit using carefully selected botanicals in small batches and we produce a range of alcoholic fruit liqueurs blended from a variety of spirits and locally sourced fruits. As well as growing and harvesting some of the fruit ourselves, we have a network of local people who supply garden produce and foraged hedgerow fruit. We use traditional methods and old countryside recipes and also love creating new recipes and spicing up our drinks to create a range of mouth-watering liqueurs. These are all delicious on their own, served over ice or made into cocktails – see our Recipes/Cocktails section for some great ideas.
