3 MILLION STEPS

3 Million Steps help to provide the equipment and services needed by brain injury survivors and their carers so they can concentrate on their recovery and once again live with dignity, self-worth and return to being a valued member of society and their families. 

Sometimes people may not know what type of activity or service could be most effective but the cost of trying them can become a barrier to their recovery. 3 Million Steps is different because we enable people to try different activities, without using up already stretched personal finances and discover what works best for them. After all, it is their personal recovery journey. In addition, 3 Million Steps can help with the cost of equipment or accessories needed to participate in activities such as swimwear, exercise mats or bands.

We are locally based but registered to help people anywhere in England and Wales. 3 Million Steps is solely run by volunteers who conduct a variety of fundraising activities that goes directly to our cause. Find out more at: 3millionsteps.org
