I only require 1 personalised item, is this possible?

Yes it is!  We have no minimum or maximum order quantities which means you can order as many or as few as you wish.

We wish to order a large number of items for a group, do you offer discount?

Yes we offer discount on larger orders.  This includes orders such as hen or stag parties, leaver’s hoodies or any other occasion where you want multiple produces.  Just contact us for your personalised quote.

I have my own garments; can you print or embroider them?

Yes we can print or embroider on your own garments but this is done at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible if on the rare occasion damage is caused to your garments during the printing or embroidery process.  For this reason we prefer to provide the garments.  We have a huge range of garments, if you don't see what you are looking for on our site, then please get in touch and we may be able to source it.

How long will my order take?

If you have ordered plain undecorated garments then they will be dispatched to you within 5 working days.  Decorated stock items will also be dispatched within 5 working days.  If you have ordered personalised items then we aim to dispatch within 10 working days of receiving your confirmed order.  This however can depend on the detail of work needing to be carried out, the size of your order and our current workload.  We will give you an estimated completion date when dealing with you quote.

What do I do if my goods haven't arrived?

If you have ordered an item from us and waited more than 1 week and have not had any correspondence from us regarding your order then please contact us and a member of our team will find out what has happened to your parcel and rectify the situation for you.

Can I Get My Order Quicker?

We can offer a faster service and many factors are taken into consideration, such as the size of your order and what sort of personalisation is required.  If you need your order fast then please contact us rather than placing your order through our website and we can offer you a personalised quote.
